Welcome.

Finding the right therapist is the first step toward creating positive change in your life.  Whether this is your first time seeking therapy, or you are familiar with the process, my intention is to support your path of self-insight and discovery. I consider it a privilege to work with you on your journey and help you meet your goals.

What therapy can do.

  • Manage anxiety

  • Decrease depression

  • Increase self-worth

  • Improve self-awareness

  • Deepen connection to others

  • Develop coping skills

Therapy is an important and life-changing process that provides the self-understanding to empower you to create the life you want.  In our work together, I strive to create an environment where you feel trust, safety, comfort and challenged to step out of old patterns.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#128178).

Clinical work.

Continuing to learn and train is an integral part of our work together and I am constantly continuing to expand and enhance my skills.

I worked, for three years, as a counselor at the Southern California Counseling Center (SCCC), one of the top training facilities in California.  SCCC is a not-for-profit mental health agency serving the community under the premise that mental health care is a right, NOT a privilege.  At SCCC, I’ve completed hundreds of counseling hours with individuals, couples, and families and facilitated process groups.  I worked with students in LAUSD providing in-school individual counseling for children and adolescents. I have completed additional training, including:
