PAYMENT

All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American ExpressCash, or credit or debit card.

SLIDING SCALE

Limited sliding scale psychotherapy fees are available for those who can demonstrate financial need. These sliding scale spots are available on a limited basis. We can discuss your specific situation during our 20-minute phone consultation to determine whether the fee you can afford falls within my sliding scale policy. If we unfortunately can not work together at this time, I can direct you to, low-fee therapy options in the greater Los Angeles area, as my goal is to get you the help you need.

INSURANCE

To protect your privacy, and limit outside influence on your therapeutic work, we do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a “superbill,” an itemized itemized receipt to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly for a detailed understanding of what your coverage is for out-of-network providers.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I do understand that emergencies come up and that you will occasionally have to miss a session. However, consistency in therapy is where growth and change happen.

Psychotherapy is a fee for service business. Unfortunately, in order to make a living while providing services to as many people in need as possible, we must charge for scheduled appointments as that time has already been reserved for such purposes.  Pancheri Therapy has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a charge of the full fee of your session.

Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule their session before the allotted time will be charged the full session fee. Cancellation fees will added to the card on file.

In order to avoid this occurrence, clients will be informed of the cancellation policy on three separate occasions--in their initial consult call, within their intake paperwork and in the conclusion of the first session.
